(4) Braking device

In general, the braking performance of hard casters (nylon wheels, etc.) will be reduced after a few years of use.

(5) Environmental conditions for the use of casters
Generally, the environment for the use of casters is set to indoor environment at room temperature.

Second, the installation of casters
(1) Please observe the following matters regarding the installation of casters.

②Fixed casters should be installed in a horizontal state
(3) For movable casters, please keep the rotating axis in the vertical state for installation.
④After confirming that the connection part is fixed, choose the right size of screws, nuts, spacers, etc., insert them into the installation holes, and tighten the casters until there is no gap to avoid loosening. Especially when screwing in the installation, please tighten the hexagonal part with appropriate torque. Avoid over-torquing and causing the rotation shaft to expand and break.
⑤When installing casters with double brakes, please avoid screwing in the brake in the ON state, because that will cause the brake to be damaged and deformed, and the performance will deteriorate.
Ⅲ. Precautions for use
(1) Setting conditions
Avoid exceeding the load carrying capacity of castors.
Avoid giving any impact (such as falling from a high place with a drop, vibration, forklift fork impact).
◆Avoid using the car, tractor trailer to tow.
Avoid using the caster for purposes other than the original purpose, or unloading it and installing it on other equipment.
◆Avoid the weight bias to one side when carrying.
◆For the fixed castor, avoid applying the compulsory force that is not consistent with the direction of rotation of the fixed wheel.

(2) Braking device
◆Please step on the brake lever fully with the foot that has shoes on.
It is forbidden to push the caster at will under the brake.
Do not step on the brake control device with excessive force and avoid hitting it with a hammer or other hard object.
Do not place it on the slope under the brake. If there is a special need, please use other means such as block.
◆Do not operate the braking device on the caster while moving.
◆Do not forcibly move the caster in the state of brake, please move it after confirming the brake is released.
(3) Modification of the product
Please do not modify, transform, paint, or dissolve the product at will, and we will not be responsible for any consequences caused by the modification.
IV. Inspection, maintenance and exchange
①In order to prevent accidents and after long-term use, please conduct regular inspection and maintenance.
②Usually, please check whether the installation of casters is loose, and whether the casters are damaged, cracked or deformed. Please lock or replace them immediately if they are abnormal.
③When the nylon casters are aging, broken and other poor conditions, please replace them immediately. (Avoid only partial replacement of casters)
④The flat rotating part and caster dual- wheel if somthing is involved, please remove immediately, otherwise it will cause bad rotation.
